Hour, half day and day are not cosmetics. On Lumeton's 70 m² set, guest count plus line-up decide whether €420 or €2,480 incl. VAT is the honest block.

Three blocks

The hour (€420 incl. 19% VAT, €352.94 net) barely holds a short round plus 40 minutes of line-up. The half day (€1,450 / €1,218.49) is the usual Berlin afternoon: host plus two guests, one break, no costume change. The day (€2,480 / €2,084.03) holds two rounds or one long panel.

Deposit and cancel

40% with the confirmation. Free until 5 calendar days before 10:00 Europe/Berlin. After that the deposit stays. Businesses net 14 days on the balance. Figures in terms art. 6.

What moves the rate

Extra lighting pack €180 incl. VAT per day.
Remote seat €190 an hour if a guest does not travel.
Talk post package €890 up to 40 minutes finished, 2 rounds.
Captions €120 per 10 minutes of finished length.

German VAT in 2026

19%. Net = gross ÷ 1.19. EU businesses without German VAT only after a VAT-ID check. That does not change the Prenzlauer Berg studio day.

Cashflow

Deposit with confirmation, balance after the session or after the master. No cash beyond ordinary small amounts; transfer to the GmbH account on the invoice. Put a business VAT ID on the order, otherwise 19% as published. EU reverse charge only after a check.
