Cookie and local-storage notice
The German version is binding: Cookie-Hinweis.
In short
- The consent choice lives in localStorage under lmtn-consent, 180 days, not in a cookie.
- Five categories: necessary (always on), functional, analytics, marketing, personalisation.
- The site stays readable before you choose. Three equal buttons, plus Save in settings.
- Legal frame: GDPR and the German TDDDG on storing information on a device.
1. No cookie wall
The notice sits at the bottom, role="dialog", aria-modal="false". You can read the site before choosing. There is no pay-or-consent model.
2. Categories
Necessary: storing the choice itself and basic HTML. Functional: optional comfort, currently unused. Analytics: reach, unused until consent. Marketing: ads measurement, unused until consent. Personalisation: content variants, unused until consent.
3. Table
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Category | Period |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| lmtn-consent | Lumeton GmbH (localStorage) | Stores the consent choice {v, t, c} | Necessary | 180 days |
| Host session files | Hetzner Online GmbH | Delivery and security | Necessary | short / server log |
4. Withdrawal
Use "Cookie settings" in the footer and on this page to open the notice again. Rejecting optional categories does not delete tax invoices.
5. FormSubmit
The contact form posts to FormSubmit. That is a transfer after form consent, not a marketing cookie. See privacy art. 3.
