About Lumeton on Lychener Straße

Lumeton GmbH has run a recording atelier in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg since 2019. 180 m², two shootable rooms, one control room. Managing director: Anja Richter.

The building stands at Lychener Straße 47, 10437 Berlin. The district is Prenzlauer Berg. Coordinates 52.5448, 13.4136 open the door in OpenStreetMap. We are independent: not a broadcaster subsidiary, not a broker of other studios.

The interview suite (45 m²) is built for two to four people on camera. The talk set (70 m²) holds three armchairs, a lighting grid and up to twelve people including crew. Control is 28 m², the green room 18 m². Ceiling height in the talk room is 3.4 m.

Team

Anja Richter

Managing director and session lead. Plans slots, deposit and the run of the day. Speaks German and English.

Tim Schäfer

Picture. Sets the three Sony FX6 bodies, the cut between interview and talk, the remote return.

Maja Lehmann

Sound. Sennheiser MKH 416 on the boom, wireless paths, Dante into control, analogue backup.

Cem Kaya

Lights and stage. Aputure fixtures on the grid, chair marks, the walk from green room to set.

Rooms and kit

We list checkable kit, not awards. Three Sony FX6 cameras, 24–70 mm and 70–200 mm lenses, Sennheiser MKH 416 boom, Lectrosonics wireless, Aputure lights on the grid, edit and colour in DaVinci Resolve. Interview walls carry taupe fabric panels; the talk room stays plaster so the picture does not look like a booth.

Power, heat and water come with the building. There is no loading bay; cases enter through the front door. Parking on Lychener Straße falls under Prenzlauer Berg resident parking; a public option sits nearer Schönhauser Allee. Step-free access is described in the accessibility statement.

Rates live on Services, the legal frame in the terms, and the walk to the door under Contact.
