2. Legal bases

Processing under GDPR and the Federal Data Protection Act. Bases: contract and pre-contract steps, consent, legitimate interest, legal duty (commercial and tax law).

3. Contact form

Required fields: name, email, request, consent. Purpose: answering the booking request. Kept 12 months, then deletion unless tax law blocks it. Sent via FormSubmit, a service in the United States, which receives the form in order to email us. The transfer rests on your consent and the provider's standard contractual clauses. 4. Email and phone

If you write or call, we process the message to handle it. Business letters may be kept under commercial law.

5. Contracts, invoices, archive

Contract and invoice data: usually 10 years under the Commercial Code and the Fiscal Code. Technical session archives 18 months; see terms art. 9.

6. localStorage consent

Your optional-category choice is not stored in a cookie but in localStorage under lmtn-consent for 180 days as {v, t, c:{necessary, functional, analytics, marketing, personalization}}. Necessary storage stays on. Details: cookie and storage notice.

7. Hosting

The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Server logs (IP, time, file) serve security and are usually deleted shortly unless an incident exists. Art. 28 GDPR processing with Hetzner Online GmbH.

8. No analytics without consent

Without consent in the analytics category we set no reach measurement. Marketing and personalisation stay off until you allow them. We do not tag Google Ads from this site while marketing is off.

9. Recipients

FormSubmit (USA) for forms. Hetzner Online GmbH for hosting. Tax advisers and banks as needed for accounts. No list brokers.

10. Third country

FormSubmit processes in the USA under the provider's standard contractual clauses. A residual risk of access under US law remains; the form consent is given knowingly.

11. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to legitimate-interest processing, withdrawal of consent for the future. Write to hallo@lumeton.click.

12. Complaint
