Preparing an interview in Prenzlauer Berg
The 45 m² suite at Lychener Straße 47 does not forgive a fuzzy brief: there is little room for entourage and no second take if a courtyard dog barks. This guide belongs to interview recording.
A walk that works
U2 Eberswalder Straße, Kastanienallee exit, eight minutes on foot. Trams M1 and M10 stop at the junction. Cases go through a front door with no ramp. Resident parking rules apply on Lychener Straße; public parking sits nearer Schönhauser Allee.
- Be in the green room ten minutes before the slot.
- Speakerphones off in the stair.
- Wet cobbles, a shoe with grip.
Clothes in north light
The suite has a north window and one Aputure surface. Tight checks moiré on the FX6. Satin tape shines. Beige, rust, sage, charcoal hold. White pulls the window, black swallows the surface. Badges only if matt.
Questions on paper
Screens sit in the glass. Paper rustles less than a tablet in a keyboard folio. One page per block. You do not need timecode in the suite; that lives in post.
Voices and age
Minimum age 18. Ages 16–17 only with a guardian in the room. Four people on camera is the cap. A fifth waits in the 18 m² green room.
What Lumeton supplies
Two FX6 bodies, MKH 416 boom, water, tea, green room. Not: make-up, teleprompter, a logo on the wall, lunch. Rates from €280 incl. 19% VAT per hour on the service page.
Berlin noise
Courtyard, M10, stairwell. We move within one working day if someone is sawing. Playback does not belong in the suite.
